If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. After 14 days no refunds will be issued. All items must be unworn with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued when we receive the original product back to our studio.
For exchanges we will gladly exchange your hat for a different size. We ask our customers to cover the shipping charges related to sending you back the new hat.
