Return Policy

We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders to our USA customers and refunds and exchanges to our oversea's customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be made within 7 days of receiving your return. We can only offer free returns to our customers in the U.S.A.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Crown Hat tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by Crown Hat in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items sent back without attached return tags will not be accepted under any circumstance.

To arrange a return please send us an email to help@crownhat.nyc Please include your order number, product information, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. Refunds will be confirmed via email. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
